The factions operating under both Jaysh al-Fatah and Fatah Halab operations rooms declared on Tuesday the beginning of the first stage of the battle of breaking the siege on Aleppo city. In this stage, the factions plan to target and capture several sites of the Syrian regime forces along the frontline, particularly the Artillery Battalion in Ramouse, the Bulgur factory as well as the Military Academy in the western part of the city.
Baladi News correspondent in Aleppo said that the factions in the first hours of the third stage could gain control over Manasher Menian in the western countryside. Meanwhile clashes continued near the Bulgur factory and the Military Academy, and the rebels controlled several buildings on Ramouse front after detonating a tunnel of the Syrian regime forces in the neighboring al-Amiriyah district.
Fierce clashes are taking place between rebels from several factions on the one hand and the Syrian regime forces on the other hand on several frontlines including, al-Howaiz, Ramouse, and Handarat. During these clashes, the rebels killed more than 7 soldiers of the Syrian regime on Handarat front, amid a state of terror in the ranks of the Syrian regime troops that started to withdraw from various sites inside the city.
It is noteworthy that Jaysh al-Fatah, as well as the factions of Fatah Halab operations room, started a battle that aims at breaking the siege on the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city. The first and second stage of the battle witnessed the capture of more than 20 sites of the Syrian regime along the frontline extending 20 km. These two stages were culminated in reaching the edges of the Artillery Battalion in Ramouse by the attacking forces, which is considered one of the most prominent goals in the third stage.
