Assad’s media started to promote a musical work, starred by a number those calling themselves “singers”, led by Mayada el Hennawy, to praise Iran militants and mercenaries named “God’s Mobilization.”
In the promotional tape, a number of artists, known for their loyalty to Assad’s family, spoke about the work that is being prepared in the midst of a neighborhood that had been razed to the ground by Assad’s forces. Activists indicated that the area is most probably one of the demolished districts in Homs city.
El Hennawy, whose own people are being killed with the fires of those she is singing for, promised the mercenaries of the Iraqi National Mobilization Forces that she would sing for and provide them with support. Meanwhile, Syrian actor Ramez Atallah, described the massacres of the Mobilization as epics when he was playing his role in the work as a leader in these “fraternal” militias. Meanwhile, the director of this work, Moayyad al-Atrash, said that the clip is being made because there is no difference between the Mobilization and the Syrian Army.
The promotional work tells the story of a “nun” escaping from death and receiving assistance from Iranian and Assad’s militias, which are shown as the guardians of minorities. The nun is starred by Syrian actress Tahiyya Mayhoub.
An activist besieged in Aleppo commented on the work, “It is not a surprise that such a singer, who is known for supporting the Syrian regime, would be involved in such a work, since we see Assad allied clerics, who had been born in Aleppo, permit razing the liberated areas to the ground, namely Assad’s Mufti, Ahmad Badreddin Hssoun.”
The activist added that “everyone is aware of the doubtful historical relationship between el Hennawy and Assad’s family, and particularly Rifaat al-Assad, brother of the late Syrian president Hafez al-Assad.
He also indicated that those “slaves”, who are known for their support and sanctification of Assad and his allies, are an important reason for the blockade and genocides of Aleppo.
It is noteworthy that at the time “Aleppo born actress” sings in support of the Iranian militias, these militias completed their tight blockade on half a million people inside the liberated parts of Aleppo after assuming full control over the only exit, Castello road, and after Russian air forces caused the ambulance system inside the city to go out of service.
