Aleppo's Hospitals: a Shooting Field for International Terrorism…Global Silence Closer to Welcoming

Hiba Muhammed, Baladi News, Aleppo

Here is Aleppo. Here, all the echoes of the stories, speeches, and international official statements, which apply the scenarios of "fighting terrorism", stop you. Here is Aleppo, the most dangerous city in the world. Here, all Syrians know the identity of the perpetrator who turned it to the most dangerous city in the world. Here, the people of Aleppo are buried alive under the rubble after being showered by the Russian bombs which don't differ from the regime's barrel bombs in their grudge and stupidity.

The media activist, Majed Abd al-Nur, confirmed to Baladi News that (al-Hakeim, al-Bayan, al-Dakak, al-Atarib, and al-Zahraa) hospitals have gone out of service after being bombarded by Russian and Syrian regime's warplanes.

He went on saying: "at midnight, Russian warplanes launched airstrikes on the blood bank in al-Sha'ar neighborhood which led it to go out of service along with the targeted hospitals after being massively damaged.

The media activist at "Thika" agency stressed that the targeting by the Russian warplanes hasn't been done indiscriminately, but was planned and deliberate and intended to destroy the hospitals that provide medical services to hundreds of thousands of Syrians in Aleppo. The activist considered resorting to bombarding the hospitals in such a brutal way aims at increasing the compelling factors on the Syrian community in Aleppo in order to displace them. Abd al-Nur indicated also that what's happening in Aleppo is a war of extermination and crushing against the Syrian people and not a public war on the Syrian revolution.

While the media activist Mustafa Hallak pointed out that Russian and Syrian warplanes are deliberately bombarding the hospitals in Aleppo as well as inflicting the largest number of casualties among civilians as well as adding to their suffering under the bombardment and depriving them from the priorities of living in light of the war.

Hallak said in a telephone conversation with Baladi News that bombarding the hospitals portends a health disaster in the region sooner or later, which will lead, at the very least, to the displacement of most of the medical cadres out of Syria and a shortage in them which Moscow has always wanted i.e. emptying the liberated areas and dismantling their structure.

Aleppo is the first to witness the silence of the International community and superpowers which have become involved in the Syrian blood and gradually heading towards dealing with the massacres committed in Syria positively in favor of the regime and the killers of the Syrian people and not in favor of the innocent victims.
