Peoples' of the besieged city of Manbij have been living an enormous suffering for many days practiced by "Syrian Democratic Forces", where they are in danger of losing bread substance which is a very essential for living.
Abdul Baseet Alyan, the former head of the automated oven in the local council of the city of Manbij said in an interview with Baladi News: "There are two ovens in the city of Manbij, one is automated and the other is for back-up and they produce 100 tons every day. Moreover, there are 17 private ovens with a production of about 25 tons per day. The main source of flour was from the mill of Manbij before it has stopped working, but nowadays people are heading to private mills which increased the price of flour and hence bread.
"The city of Manbij has been suffering from the bread crisis since the imposed besiegement by "SDF" and after decreasing the price of flour by "ISIS" which has shut down two private ovens a year ago where the price for one packet reached 320 SYP. All these reasons aimed at cracking down and putting pressure on the citizens to force them to join ISIS which is living in well-being", he added.
"Everyone is a partner in this disaster and everyone must shoulder their responsibility and see us as human beings who want to live in dignity", according to one of the residents who have fled the city.
