The Syrian regime and Russian air forces continued carrying out massacres against civilians in Syria, and the Islamic state advanced in the vicinity of Deir al-Zour military airport taking control over new areas and inflicted casualties among the regime forces.
In Aleppo, 20 civilians were killed on Sunday evening, including 4 children and 3 women, when Russian air planes targeted the villages of Aleppo northern and southern country sides. 15 of the casualties resulted when vacuum missiles were fired at a popular market in “Tall Daman” town, meanwhile 5 others were killed in ISIS-held city of Manbij. The death toll is likely to raise because the attacks caused many serious injuries among civilians, meanwhile others were trapped under the rubble of the destroyed buildings, waiting to be rescued by the civil defence teams. The remaining casualties resulted when other areas in Aleppo governorate were subject to air strikes including Al-Sakhour, Al- Sheikh Maqsood and Al-Jandoul Roundabout in the city as well as the towns of Anadan, Haritan, Al-Haramies in the countryside.
In Idlib, a child and a man were killed in an airstrike against the environs of Maarrat Misrin in the western countryside, meanwhile the villages of Killi and Tall Kalbah, and Saraqeb city were shelled, but no casualties were reported.
In Damascus western countryside, civilians were forced to raise the Syrian regime flag over the old municipality building as a condition for the allowing the entry of food to the besieged city, whereas clashes continued at the fronts of Darayya, Al Salam Highway and Der Khabeyah.
In Homs, 7 were killed, including 3 children, when the regime forces targeted civilians with 12 ground-to-ground missiles and explosive cylinders after giving them permission to go out and bring bread.
In Hama prison, all means of communication and power supply were disconnected amid concern that the regime forces could storm the prison and commit massacres against the detainees.
Also in Hama, clashes took place between the rebels and the regime forces near Aqrab town, meanwhile material damages resulted from airstrikes against the villages of Hirbnafsah, Al-zara, Al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, Zaka, and Atshan, meanwhile artillery shelling was conducted on Kafr Nabudahm. Other airstrikes also hit the villages of Hammadi Omar, Qulayb al-Thawr and Souha in Hamah eastern countryside as well as grain silos in the outskirts of Al-mansoura in Al-ghab plain.
In Al-Hasakeh in the north east, 300 young men were arrested in Al-Hasakeh city on Saturday evening by the regime affiliated national defence forces, leaders in the Kurdish Yeketi party were detained by Asayish militia, and 15 old men were seized by the Kurdish people’s defence units after returning to their houses in Ghabsha village without obtaining prior permission.
In Deir al-zour, the Islamic State advanced in AL-tharda Mountain near the military airport, killing 10 regime soldiers including a major.
In Daraa, artillery shelling was conducted on Tel Al-Harra after raising the flag of the Syrian revolution as well as Tel Bazak town and Tafas city. On the other hand, activists reported that detainees died under torture in the regime prisons.
