Four people, including two women, were killed and dozens were wounded on Thursday after fierce attacks by the Russian and Syrian regime forces against the towns and villages of Aleppo northern countryside.
In the details, the regime forces positioned in Handarat area targeted Castello road with dozens of artillery shells and missiles, which burned a car, killing a man and woman and wounding other civilians.
Hayyan and Haritan towns were hit by Syrian and Russian war planes and helicopters, killing one and wounding other civilians that were taken to nearby makeshift hospitals.
Meanwhile, helicopters dropped a number of barrel bombs and fired missiles in Anadan city and Asia area in early morning, causing the death of a woman and resulting in dozens of injuries as well formidable damages to houses.
It is worth mentioning that the regime forces, backed by Russian war planes, started a fanatic campaign three days ago against the towns and villages through which Castello road, the last remaining link between Aleppo city and its northern countryside.
