The “Asayish” militia of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party stormed a number of villages of Amouda town in Al-Hasakeh northern countryside and arrested dozens of young villagers.
In the details, “Asayish” forces arrested 21 young civilians in the villages of AL-Jawhariyya, Karanko, Tal Habash in Amuda town and frisked the houses tampering their furniture.
The same militias also broke into the villages of Al-Tabaqa, Tal Adas, and Sab’a Jafar in Rmelan town east from Al-Qamishli city arresting dozens of young people to draft them into their forces.
The Kurdish Militias of the Democratic Union Party impose compulsory recruitment on people in the areas under their control. They also arrest anyone who opposes their policies as it happened previously when they seized dozens of advocates of the Kurdish National Council.
