Two Syrian regime-allied Afghans were taken captives by the rebels on Monday during the ongoing clashes in Aleppo. “Almojahedin Army”, a group of the Free Syrian Army, declared that it captured an Afghan militant while attempting to sneak into the rebels sites in Al-rashideen southern outskirt of Aleppo. The other Afghan militant was captured during fierce clashes between the regime-pro sectarian militias and Jaish al-Fatah at the fronts of Khan Touman and Al-Iss in Aleppo southern countryside. Meanwhile, dozens of Russian and Syrian regime airstrikes were conducted against the area.
Iranian media declared that a brigadier general of "the Iranian Revolutionary Guard” as well as a member of the mobilization forces were killed during the battles of Khan Touman.
Last Friday, the rebels captured Iranian militants supporting the Syrian regime forces, including Afghans and Hezbollah militants, and 150 others were killed during clashes against Jaish al-Fatah in the outskirts of Al-humira village in Aleppo southern countryside. Meanwhile, Iranian media declared the death of 3 soldiers of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard including a commander.
