people were killed and dozens wounded on Saturday as airstrikes and missile attacks were carried out by the Syrian regime forces as well as Russian air forces against several neighborhoods in Aleppo.
The regime and Russian warplanes targeted rebel-held areas of Bustan al-Qasr, Al-Mashhad, Al-Haidariah, Al-Ameriah, Bab al-Nairab, and Al-bab road.

Syrian and Russian air forces carried out nearly 30 airstrikes, causing considerable damage to residential buildings, leading to a large wave of displacement to the safer Aleppo’s countryside despite the continued shelling.
In this context, warplanes targeted the city of Huraytan in Aleppo’s northern countryside as well as Dara Azza and Kubtan in the western countryside, which made the destination of Aleppo’s displaced people no less dangerous than their neighborhood that they had fled.
On the other hand, Azaz city in Aleppo’s northern countryside is witnessing a general strike for the second consecutive day in solidarity with the residents of Aleppo. To insure citizens’ safety, Department of Relief Affairs in the Local Council suspended its work because of the current conditions as well as the barbaric bombing targeting civilian communities.
Meanwhile, the liberated neighborhoods of Aleppo are witnessing a complete paralysis of economic, social and civilian activities, with the exception of the work of civil defense teams.
