Regime forces bombarded the town of Bala in the eastern countryside of Damascus (Ghouta), resulting in the deaths of 9 civilians, including women and one infant and wounding dozens.
"Regime forces targeted the town of Bala and its outskirts with artillery shells and mortars killing some civilians and wounding others, including a newlywed couple," according to Baladi News correspondent. "One of the shells hit a car carrying the couple that led to their death, on the road connecting the towns of Bala and Deir al-Asafir, turning their wedding into a funeral", he explained.
Regime warplanes also launched two air raids on the town of Arbin in Damascus countryside with no casualties recorded yet.
