At least 16 civilians including seven children have been killed by Syrian and Russian airstrikes in the jihadi-held Idlib region.
Heartbreaking images show a father mourning over the bodies of three of his young children and their baby cousin after they were all killed in a blast on Wednesday in the town of Maaret al-Numan.
The man can be seen doubled-over with grief, holding his head in his hands, and being comforted by another relative as he weeps.
Nearby, the body of another dead child - just a few months old - lays swaddled up in a blanket that is tied with rope.
Russian-backed regime forces have been fighting since April to wrest control of Idlib from jihadi rebel forces.
The province is the last rebel-held region in Syria, but is also home to some 3million civilians - around half of whom fled there amid fighting in the rest of the country.
