Today, Monday, sources revealed to Deir Ezzor 24 network that
Iranian militias have changed their military positions near the Syrian-Iraqi border, Deir Ezzor 24 network said, quoting reliable sources.
The sources indicated that the change came after Israel carried out air strikes on positions of Hashd Al-Shaabi militia in the Iraqi city of Al-Qaim, according to the network.
The Iranian militias have changed positions, withdrawing military vehicles from Al-Bukamal crossing and evacuating military headquarters to unknown locations, the network pointed out.
The Iranian militias fear air strikes similar to those in al-Qaim, especially that Israel has recently focused on the Syrian-Iraqi border movement, added the network according to its source.
It is indicated that Iran dominates the entire border region with Iraq, which represents a vital artery for it, through which it brings military elements and equipment to Syria.
