23 members of the regime forces have been killed and 7 others injured in 24 hours on the fronts of Hama and Idlib's countrysides, the Russian Defence Ministry's Center for Syrian reconciliation said.
The regime troops were killed and injured while repelling the attacks of the "terror groups," the center said.
On the other hand, Baladi News correspondent denied the Russian claims saying that Russia is attempting to justify its military operation in the de-escalation zone.
After an unprecedented bombing campaign, and more than 7 unsuccessful attempts, the regime forces captured the village of Skeik and its hill, Baladi correspondent pointed out.
In the same context, the National Front for Liberation (NFL) said that Russian forces launched an attack on its positions in Hama's western countryside, where several Russian and Assad troops were injured in the NFL ambush.
Earlier, Russian centre for Syrian reconciliation reported that at least 10 Assad troops were killed and 21 wounded while repelling an attack by militants in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
