The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) has sent military reinforcements from the town of Ein Issa to the border city of Tell Abiad in Raqqa countryside.
The reinforcements included more than 140 troops and 21 military vehicles, as well as heavy vehicles, local sources reported.
Two days ago, the SDF has withdrawn a number of its troops and military vehicles from the city of Tell Abiad, the sources said Friday, indicating that the military vehicles were takes to the center of Raqqa.
It's noteworthy that last Thursday the Turkish army dispatched military reinforcements to the city of Akcakale in Orfa state south of Turkey, which is opposite to the city of Tell Abiad.
Those reinforcements came in conjunction with the announcement of the Turkish National Security Council that Turkey will establish a "peace corridor" in northern Syria.
