The Response Coordinators' Team issued a statistical report on Wednesday, regarding the number of civilians killed between February 2 and July 24, 2019, in the third military campaign waged by Assad forces and Russian warplanes in northwestern Syria since signing the "Sochi" Agreement.

1079 civilians have been killed, including 294 children and 18 workers and volunteers in the civil defence teams, the statement says.

It adds that 670,837 civilians have been displaced from the southern and eastern countrysides of Idlib and from Jabl al-Zawyieh.

The statement pointed out that the initial reports say that the cost losses caused by Russia and the regime forces is estimated at $ 466 m approximately .

The Assad-Russian alliance targeted 233 vital facilities, and destroyed 36 villages and towns some of which are completely destroyed and the rest are mostly, 58 villages have been completely deserted by their inhabitants due to the continuous bombardment, according to the statement.

It's noteworthy that the Assad-Russian alliance has committed dozens of massacres in the towns and villages of Idlib, the latest of which was the massacre of Maarat al-Numan, where 41 civilians were killed, including a civil defense volunteer, while 150 civilians were injured.
