The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented in its report published this Thursday, 241 breaches of the cease-fire truce perpetrated by Assad's regime using explosive barrels last march.
The explosive barrels were shelled on most of the Syrian governorates; Aleppo's share was the largest, followed by Damascus countryside, Idleb, Hama, Lattakia, Homs and finally Deir Al-Zor, which led to the martyrdom of two women and one child.
The Network confirmed in its report that Assad's regime forces violated UN Security Council Resolution number 2139 along with 2254, as well as the agreement on ending acts of aggression and many of the provisions of international law.
The network noted that the aerial bombardment with barrel bombs is indiscriminately targeting unarmed civilians that means the regime has violated the international law for Human Rights which protects the right of living.
It's noteworthy that the Syrian Network for Human Rights documented 21 massacres against civilians in march 2016, 11 of which were committed by the regime forces, along with at least 517 cases of arbitrary arrests, 99% of which were also committed by Assad's forces.
