Several members of the regime forces have been killed by the militias backed by Iran in the city of Al-Mayadeen of Deir Ezzor's eastern countryside.
The website "The Syrian Solution" reported that a dispute took place between the Assad regime forces and some other militias backed by Iran, and resulted in the death of 6 members of the regime forces after being targeted by the other militias with machine guns.
The website pointed out that the dispute started as jangle between the two sides, which led to clashes with weapons, where the regime forces afterward fetched reinforcements and military vehicles to the center of Al-Mayadeen city.
Earlier, the militia of the Iranian al-Quds Force has found the body of one of its members, who was killed by unknown men in eastern Deir Ezzor.
It's noteworthy that the city of Al-Mayadeen is controlled by Iranian forces, most notably the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and other different militias, which earlier seized the homes of the displaced civilians and housed their families without allowing homeowners to return.
