The regime forces and their loyalist militias have intensified the shelling in villages and towns of Idlib's southern countryside, injuring several civilians and causing fires in the targeted areas, at the dawn of Monday.
The city of Khan Sheikhoun has been targeted with more than 80 rockets, followed by at least 10 artillery shells, which caused massive destruction in the civilians' houses and more than 8 huge fires, Baladi News correspondent reported.
In the same context, the Assad warplanes targeted a village in the southern countryside of Idlib, injuring a woman and causing several fires, where the civil defence teams rushed to the site to rescue the woman and extinguish the fires.
The Assad regime backed by Russian warplanes continue their brutal military campaign which targets northwestern Syria, and is concentrating on the southern countryside of Idilb, where hundreds of civilians were killed and more than 370,000 displaced.
