The opposition factions launched a military operation, Thursday, against the sites of the regime forces in the countrysides of Hama and Idlib, in an attempt to counter the military attacked waged in the area by Russia and Assad regime since April 26.
The opposition factions started with the initial artillery firing which targeted the sites of Assad forces and the local militias which are loyal to Hmeimim, Baladi News correspondent reported.
The opposition factions also targeted the regime sites with rocket launchers and anti-armor missiles, Baladi correspondent added.
In the same context, the opposition factions destroyed a tank and a military vehicle in Idlib's southern countryside, and killed two groups of Assad forces and their militias after targeting them with anti-armor missiles in Hama's western countryside, according to Baladi correspondent.
Meanwhile, the regime force shelled the cities and towns of Hama's northern countryside and Idlib's southern countryside, while the warplanes and helicopters waged dozens of airstrikes in the area.
