The head of the Iraqi military intelligence, Major General Saad Mezher al-Alak, revealed that the leader of the Islamic State "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi" is moving between the borders of Syria and Iraq.
Alak said the information indicates that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is moving in the borders' areas between Syria and Iraq, especially Homs and Al-Anbar desert and the area of Baaj and Hadar and areas of Manayef and Al-Sakhryieh, as well as Iraqi-Turkish-Syrian border triangle; being areas free of military presence.
"We have information about sleeper cells of ISIS in remote villages and outskirts of cities and some Iraqi residential areas, where ISIS members are ordered by Baghdadi to shave beards and integrate with the locals.
Baghdadi is one of the most wanted figures for the U.S. which has allocated $ 25 million to anyone who gives any information that contributes to his capture.
