Shiite sleeper cells in Daraa and Quneitra are working on carrying out the Iranian plans and projects in the south of Syria, Orient News reported.
These sleeper cells are working on extending the Iranian influence through the integration under the Assad regime's umbrella.
They are recruited in the Fourth Division or the Air Forces which are controlled by Iran and not by the Assad regime, Orient News said.
These newly recruited local members are denouncing the opposition's old arm caches to the Iranian militias and buy weapons for them, Orient added.
Assad militias and their allies took control of Daraa and its countryside after a group of infiltrators in the Free Syrian Army, most of them Ahmad al-Odeh and his group in Busra, reconciled the regime last July.
