Four members of the Islamic State (ISIS) have been killed, including a women, in an air landing operation conducted by the US-led international coalition forces in northeastern Deir Ezzor on Saturday.
Local media source reported that the forces of the international coalition conducted an air landing operation in Deir Ezzor, during which the coalition's forces clashed with three members of ISIS accompanied by a woman whose nationality is unknown.
The ISIS members were hiding in a house in "Takihi" village and they were all killed.
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) participated in the operation with 7 armoured vehicles alongside the coalition's helicopters.
It's noteworthy that ISIS cells conducted several attacks against the SDF, in conjunction with their loss in Baghouz and the announcement of the complete defeat of the Islamic State by the SDF.
