The Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) and the militias loyal to it suffered more than 100 casualties in the Israeli airstrikes which targeted Iranian sites in Aleppo, northern Syria, reliable sources revealed to Baladi News.
The Sources clarified that more than 37 members of the s and its militias were killed in the only area of Sheikh Najjar, while 24 Iranian troops were killed in the depots of Aleppo International Airport, and more than 49 were killed in the depots located south of the airport.
The airstrikes targeted the accommodation of the Iranian officers south of the airport near the ammunition depots.
All the airstrikes targeted sites controlled by the IRGC, where there are weapons and ammunition depots, and it's considered as an Iranian area since Assad regime has no presence there.
It's noteworthy that IRGC and its militias have some military bases in the east and south of Aleppo, and they don't allow neither Russia nor Assad forces to enter these bases.
