In Conjunction with the announcement of Daesh defeat, the Action Group for Palestinians in Syria revealed the death toll of the Palestinians who were killed by Daesh in Yarmouk Camp.
The group said that 145 Palestinian refugees were killed during the period of Daesh control over Yarmouk Camp, which lasted since April 2015 until the start of the military operation against Daesh on April 18, 2018.
The group distributed the victims according to the reason of death as follows:
67 killed by gunshot, 24 killed by snipers, 22 died due to the siege and lack of medical care, 18 killed in the bombardment on Yarmouk Camp, 9 field executed, 2 assassinated, a person was killed in a blast, and another died without knowing the place of his death.
The group earlier published a statistic which says that 3920 Palestinian refugees have been killed in the war of Syria during 8 years.
