The Assad regime’s militias renewed shelling on the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Idlib countryside on Monday (Feb. 25), killing and injuring civilians and causing substantial material damage, Orient Net reported.
Assad regime’s rockets shelled on Monday morning civilian homes in Hbit village in Idlib countryside, killing a boy (Hamza Warda), a girl (Iman Jalloul) and a young man, and injuring two children, Orient Net added.
Meanwhile, Assad regime’s artillery and rockets shelled Bidama town in Idlib countryside, injuring a civilian and causing substantial material damage.
At the same time, for the second day in a row, Assad regime's warplanes conducted at least ten airstrikes on the residential in Idlib countryside, no casualties were reported, according to Orient.
On Sunday, the Assad regime's militias shelled the town of Khan Sheikhoun with dozens of missiles, killing a child and injuring seven others.
A de-escalation zone deal on Idlib was reached by the Russian and the Turkish presidents last September to halt the Assad regime and its allies’ attacks on the northern Syrian city and its countryside.
