Baladi News - Deir Ezzor
Fifteen civilians from the same family were killed and many other injured in a U.S.-led coalition airstrike late Tuesday in eastern Deir Ezzor.
Zein Alabideen, an activist in Deir Ezzor, said to Baladi News the attack targeted the town of Keshma late Tuesday near the Daesh-held town of Shaafa in the province's countryside, where 15 members of the same family were killed, including women and children after the warplanes of the coalition targeted their house.
A similar bombardment targeted the towns and cities of Hajin, Assouseh and Baghouz, the activist added.
He pointed out that Daesh members informed the civilians in Hajin to evacuate their houses and move to Shaafa, due to the intensification of battles in the area, and after the last progresses achieved by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
