Baladi News - Aleppo
Pro-Assad media claimed that Syrian armed opposition targeted Aleppo with poison gas, causing suffocation for 107 people who were transferred to Razi hospital and the University hospital of the city.
On the other hand, the operations room of "Al-Zahraa Association" linked to the Free Syrian Army, denied Assad regime's allegations, saying that the regime is the only responsible for the gas attack on the neighborhoods controlled by it.
In a statement issued by the operations room, the association said: "We, AL-Zahraa Operations Room and its surroundings, definitely deny regime's allegations of using chlorine gas or any other chemical weapon by us."
In the statement, the FSA stressed that this is one of the methods the regime uses in his media war against the revolutionary factions, in order to justify its future actions.
It's noteworthy that Russia repeatedly alleged the opposition factions are planning for a chemical attack against regime control areas, which suggests that Russia, alongside Assad regime wanted to justify an upcoming military operation, and accuse the armed opposition of using chemical weapons.
