30 civilians have been killed on Friday, mostly women and children, in the rocket and artillery bombardment of the regime forces on Daesh control areas east of Deir Ezzor.
Local media sources said rocket launchers of the regime targeted gatherings of IDPs in the towns of "Shaafeh, Souseh, and Hajin" east of Deir Ezzor, killing 30 civilians most of whom are women and children.
This bombardment comes within the military operation launched by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) backed by the International Coalition on the pockets of Daesh east of Deir Ezzor.
It's noteworthy that thousands of civilians are trapped east Deir Ezzor, and are suffering dire humanitarian situation due to the fierce clashes taking place between Daesh and the SDF, in conjunction with the continuous aerial and artillery bombardment.
