The organisation of Daesh captured, Saturday October 27, the two towns of Souseh and Baghouz in eastern Deir Ezzor, after a sudden withdrawal of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF.)
The local news network "Euphrates Post" said the Islamic State attacked the towns Souseh and Baghouz, Saturday October 27, taking advantage of the absence of International Coalition's warplanes due to bad weather.
The organization seized several military vehicles and quantities of ammunition, after the rapid withdrawal of "SDF" troops from their positions in the region.
In the same context, the organisation launched a similar attack on the town of "Keshmeh" east of Deir Ezzor, where fierce clashes continue until now.
The above-mentioned areas have witnessed fierce battles between Daesh and SDF over the past few weeks, where the SDF advanced to several points. However, last week's weather conditions prevented the coalition's aircrafts from supporting SDF against the successive attacks of Daesh which seized new sites in the region.
