After fighting that lasted for 36 hours between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against the National Liberation Front, in the western countryside of Aleppo province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored calm prevailing the area, where this calm is coincided with reaching an agreement between the both parties through mediators in order to stop the fighting which led to the death of 3 citizens including 2 child girls and 6 fighters of Tahrir Al-Sham and the National Front for Liberation.
The Syrian Observatory has received a copy of the agreement:
“It was agreed between the brothers in the National Liberation Front and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham with regard to the recent problem on the following terms:
The withdrawal of military aspects and the return of the civil life to what it used to be in the areas where the conflict took place
The immediate release of the detainees of each party who were arrested against the backdrop of the recent actions, and the immediate pursuit of those who are wanted for justice
With regard to the citizens and their rights, they will be attributable to a judicial committee agreed to be formed within one week of the date of this statement
Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham will guarantee the agreed cease-fire of (Miznaz – Al-Mashtal) and bear the responsibility of the casualties and confiscations”
