The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) controlled the last stronghold of Daesh in the province of al-Hasakah on Wednesday, after the withdrawal of Daesh members from the province.
The members of SDF have entered, today morning, the village of Afra at the southern countryside of al-Hasakah, the last stronghold of Daesh, after the withdrawal of Daesh from it, due to the siege imposed by the SDF in them.
Local sources reported that after their withdrawal, the members of Daesh headed to the suburbs of Deir Ezzor.
It's noteworthy that the SDF, backed by the U.S, launched a fierce military campaign on the southern countryside of al-Hasakah, and targeted the positions and pockets of Daesh in the region.
