Syrian regime forces backed by Russia made sweeping advances on Monday in the villages of northwestern countryside of Daraa.
The Russian air-force has conducted more than 300 raids, since yesterday, in addition to dropping barrel bombs and targeting the villages with missiles.
Local sources said that regime forces captured some neighbors of al-Harra city, while opposition factions kept control of al-Harra strategic hill, after causing heavy casualties among the regime forces over the past two days, including dozens of dead and injured.
A number of factions in Daraa have reached agreements with the Russian side, which stated the handing over of the Nasib border crossing on the Jordanian borders, as well as handing over the heavy weapons, in return of the regime's withdrawal from the villages and cities that it took control of recently.
