Orient Net reported that ISIS took control of Hayt town in Daraa western countryside after clashes with FSA factions on Wednesday.
FSA factions were forced to conclude an agreement with ISIS to withdraw from the town after they were besieged between ISIS and Assad militias.
"The agreement includes the withdrawal of FSA fighters and their families from the town with their light arms, while the heavy weapons remained inside the town," according to Orient Net.
Social media said that ISIS launched an attack on the town and besieged it from all axes after it took control over the nearby Khirbet Yubla village.
Assad sectarian militias took control of the entire border with Jordan last week after Syria’s armed opposition agreed with Russia to deliver its heavy weapons in the southern part of the country.
