A Kurdish website published, on Tuesday, that the International Coalition forces led by the US had established new military points in the east of the Euphrates, east of Syria.
Basnews website reported a source which didn't name, it saying that the number of the International Coalition's troops in Syria is around 4000 soldiers and technicians, deployed in the cities of al-Hasakeh, Kubani, al-Raqqa, Deir Ezzor and Manbij. Where they are participating, alongside with the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, in the battles against the Islamic State.
The source added that the weapons being used by the International Coalition's Forces are missiles batteries, artillery, armored vehicles, and minesweepers, in addition to a variety of other weapons which were used against Daesh organization and the Syrian regime and its militias.
The International Coalition's forces have established new military points in the areas liberated from Daesh in Raqqa and Deir Ezzor, the according to the source.
It revealed that the second military force in the coalition after the US is France's, where it has more than 200 soldiers and technicians in Syria, and the third military force is the UK's which has more than 100 soldiers and technicians. While the rest of forces are Germans, Italians, and Norwegians, where they have tens of soldiers in Syria.
