The militias of the People's Protection Units YPG, the armed wing of the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, have removed their flags from the city of Manbij in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, on Monday, while the Turkish army withdrew from the city after hours of its entry within the Manbij road-map.
Baladi News correspondent said that the removal of flags from the city was accompanied by the withdrawal of the Turkish military delegation, which met with the US delegation in the city, and headed towards the city of Jarablus in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, which is controlled by the factions of "Euphrates Shield".
The flags were replaced by the flags of the military council of the city, the correspondent added.
Baladi News correspondent continued that the self-management of the PYD militias, responded to the entry of the Turkish delegation to the city by inviting all components and social segments in Manbij, to demonstrate against the entry of the Turkish army into the city, and to reject the road-map drawn for the city by US and Turkey.
