5 civilians have been killed and 10 others injured, most of whom are children, by the artillery bombardment of the regime forces, on Friday morning, which targeted the city of al-Harra and the town of Akraba in the northwestern countryside of Daraa, according to the civil defense teams in Daraa.
Muhannad Mikdad, the director of editing and publishing department of the civil defense said the teams were alerted in the first morning of Eid al-Fitir, and they could rescue 7 wounded including 5 children. The civil defense teams also moved the bodies of 3 victims form the city of al-Harra and 2 from the town of Akraba including a child, in addition to 3 other wounded children, to the field hospitals near by.
He clarified that the bombardment targeted residential areas in the northern countryside of Daraa, in the morning of the first day of Eid al-Fitir's.
The province of Daraa in the Syrian south witnesses daily violations, by the Syrian regime, of the de-escalation agreement concluded with Russian-US_Jordanian mediation.
