The regime forces and the militias loyal to them have captured new sites south of the capital Damascus, on Saturday May 12, after fierce clashes with elements of Daesh organization.
Baladi News correspondent (Malek Al-Shami) said the regime forces and the militias loyal to them have captured Al-Jazeera neighborhood, in the north west of Al-Hajar Al-Aswad area, which was controlled by the organization of Daesh.
Baladi News correspondent added that the regime forces have made another progress against the organization, and captured the school of (Assad Alfurat) south west the Yarmpuk camp, after being unable to make any progress on that axis for more than 23 days.
According to our correspondent, the regime forces have targeted the Yarmouk camp and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad with rockets and artillery shells, simultaneously with the calls for evacuating the civilians trapped inside those neighborhoods, and who suffer of the deterioration of humanitarian situation, for 23 days due to the violent clashes between the regime forces and Daesh organization.
It's worthy noting that the neighborhoods of South Damascus are witnessing for 23 days, an unprecedented military escalation by the regime forces and the militia loyal to them, in order to capture the areas controlled by Daesh organization, after evacuating the opposition fighters from Damascus and its suburbs.
