The regime forces committed a massacre, today Saturday, against a number of people of Yarmouk camp south of Damascus, during their attempts to flee the area towards the regime controlled areas. Most of the victims are children, women and elderly.
Baladi News correspondent said that the regime forces opened the fires of their machine guns against dozens of civilians, estimated in 50 persons, causing dozens of casualties between dead and wounded. The targeted civilians tried to flee the Yarmouk camp through the barrier of al Ouroubah near the demarcation line between Daesh and the regime forces, after being stranded in Yarmouk due to the heavy shelling and violent battles in their neighborhood between the regime forces and the fighters of Islamic State for the 23rd day respectively.
It's note worthy that more than 2000 civilians are seiged in the neighborhood of Yarmouk, that is controlled by Daesh organization and witnesses intensive shelling by the regime forces, beside the suffocating seige imposed for more than 23 days.
