The Prime Minister in Assad's government issued a decision under which he deprived all sections of the Syrian people of employment in the governmental departments unless they sacrifice of their family members to defend Assad.
According to the opponent "Iqtissad" website, it's now quite impossible for Syrian citizens to be employed in regime-held regions unless they have a family member who died defending Assad.
The regime's Prime Minister, Imad Khamies, has given ten extra points for those who have a family member who died or got injured or disabled and those points will be added to the final marks in any governmental competition for employment, according to the website.
The website pointed out that this decision can be considered as a consolation prize for the regime's supporters who lost a family member after its inability to provide cash or in-kind things or even monthly salaries or funds for them.
