Assad's government has issued a decision to execute the famous Syrian journalist "Faisal al-Qassem", accusing him of "participating in shedding the Syrian blood" and "inciting people to commit mass crimes".
The pro-regime channel "Shamna" quoted "Taysir al-Smadi", the assistant of the Minister of Justice in Assad's government saying that "Legal proceedings were taken against journalists and media channels that participated in the shedding of the Syrian blood, including Al-Jazeera channel and "Faisal al-Qassim", who is to be sentenced to death if arrested".
