The Council of the governorate of Idlib and the political committee issued a joint statement confirming their commitment to the objectives and principles of the revolution represented in bringing down the criminal regime with all its symbols and forms, maintaining the unity of Syria's territory and people and expelling all militias and foreign forces.
The joint statement also confirmed rejecting all partial solutions and that any proposed solution should include all the Syrian territories, expressing their support for the supreme committee of negotiations as long as it's committed to the objectives and principles of the revolution, stressing on their demand for a real political representation of the forces of the revolution within Syria in any current or upcoming political negotiation process.
The statement called upon all factions to stop the infighting and spare the unarmed civilians any dangers resulting from this, appealing to all factions to put the state institutions and directorates at the disposal of Idlib's Council, directorates and syndicates, as well as insisting on preserving public property and putting it in the service of the common good. The statement also confirmed lifting the flag of the Syrian revolution over the official buildings and adopting it in all internal and external correspondence.
