Russia, the ally of the regime, is heading over the next few days to legally endorse the occupation of the Syrian coast after getting the approval of Assad for an infinite existence on the Syrian coastline.
The Russian presidents, Vladimir Putin, provided on Thursday a protocol he signed with Assad on the 18th of last Janurary to the Russian parliament " Duma" to ratify it, and if ratified, the Russian forces will be given 49 years of full control over the Syrian coast which are able to be extended for another 25 years.
The protocol implies sheer occupational articles, the most important of which is giving the Russian air force the right to benefit of Hmeimim airbase and its establishments for free!
Land For Protection
The Syrian journalist, Obada al-Ansaray, commented on the agreement saying: "This is not new for the Syrian regime as its previously approved on giving Damascus to its Iranian masters in exchange for a few guarantees and by this agreement, Assad will give what's left of Syria to the Russians in exchange for being protected from the opposition and compensating for the severe shortage of militants in the ranks of the regime's army".
Al-Ansaray adds that: "I don't think this agreement will be the last one as Syria is still teeming with facilities, resources and strategical locations to be given to the Russians.
The media activist, Muhammad al-Hamid" believes that all the international military bases in Syria are affiliated to certain countries and the regime can't control their existence as they are a part of an international agreement to demark the Syrian map according to the interests of those countries.
