Iran's commander of the armed staff, Major General "Ali Bagheri" announced on Thursday that his country will soon launch the largest aerial military operation against ISIS. The deputy commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps, Brigadier General "Hussein Salami" accused Saudi Arabia of attempting to destabilize his country. On the other hand, the Iranian opposition considered that Tehran's attacks are in the interest of the mullahs regime, the world's first sponsor of terrorism.
Tehran revealed that the death toll of the two attacks by ISIS which targeted the Iranian Shura council and the tomb of " Khomeini" has risen to 17 and more than 40 casualties.
Deputy commander "Salami" said that: "Saudi Arabia and its allies wanted to drive Iran into a predicament after their failure in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen so they planned to execute their attacks in the anniversary of "Khomeini", but our security forces managed to foil their scheme.
Maryam Rajavi, head of the Iranian opposition considered that the practices of ISIS are flagrantly in favor of the Iranian regime and that Khamenei finds in those attacks a great way to overcome the dilemma and break the regional and international isolation through playing the role of the victim of terrorism while being the first source and sponsor of it.
