Italian News Agency "AKI" revealed that the hospitals of Hama received more than 150 casualties over the past two months, most of them from the Russian forces, who were injured in the northern countryside of Hama.
The agency explained that most of the casualties are fairly serious, pointing out that the surgical operations to the Russian soldiers were made in the city of Homs, before being moved to the city of Al-Suqaylabiyah in Hama and the city of Misyaf.
The agency added that the most of the casualties are from the alternate Russian forces which include militants from the Islamic republics that are affiliated to the Russian Federation such as "Chechnya, Ingushetia and the Balkans".
It's noteworthy that the countryside of Hama has been witnessing violent battles throughout the past months between the rebels and regime forces with their allied militias along with the Russian forces in an attempt to regain the towns and villages previously controlled by the rebels.
