Warplanes of the Syrian regime and its Russian ally have launched 77 airstrikes targeting the cities and villages of the northern countryside of Hama only 24 hours after the de-escalation agreement which was agreed upon in Astana-4 meeting has entered into force.
The youth gathering of al-Lataminah city has counted the number of violations al-Lataminah city and the village of al-Zallaqiat and the other neighboring villages of the northern countryside of Hama have been subjected to by the Syrian and Russian warplanes with the help of the Iranian and Iraqi checkpoints.
Alaa al-Deen, a member of the youth gathering said in an interview with Baladi News: "During the first 24 hours of the de-escalation agreement, the countryside of Hama was subjected to 77 air raids, 47 of which were dropped on al-Lataminah city, 13 with missiles and 4 with cluster bombs, along with 30 others with barrel bombs, while the village of al-Zakkat was subjected to 2 airstrikes.
Alaa al-Deen pointed out that regime forces and the their allied militias are desperately trying to seize control over the village of al-Zallaqiat, because controlling it will allow them to put the station of Mahrada and the region of Zalieen in the range of their fires, however, the rebels have managed to repel 5 attempts and afflicted them huge losses in lives and material. It's noteworthy that the clashes are still ongoing, especially that the regime and Iranian militias are not committing to the agreement of Astana 4.
