Russian warplanes continued the shelling on Idlib's southern countryside on Thursday, despite the trough which hits the region.
The warplanes targeted the city of Maarat al-Numan and al-Hamideya village in the southern countryside of Idlib, causing massive destruction, without reports on casualties, Baladi News correspondent says.
The regime forces which are stationed in the eastern countryside of Idlib have targeted several towns and villages in the southern countryside of Idlib, using heavy artillery shells and rocket launchers, Baladi correspondent adds.
This bombardment coincides with intensive flights of reconnaissance aircraft, according to Baladi correspondent.
It's noteworthy that around 300,000 civilians have been displaced during last December from Maarat al-Numan and its countryside due to the barbaric ground and aerial offensive carried out by Russia and the Assad regime forces.
