Assad and his Inner Circle Threaten Europe and the Latter Opens Its Doors to His Ministers

The whole world witnessed "Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun", Grand Mufti of the Syrian regime threating Europe of retaliating with suicide bombings in the United States and Europe; if they stood against Assad and his government, not to forget that the Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem has attacked the European Union and said : "We will forget that Europe exists on the map.

Czech republic, one of the European countries, has apparently not taken Assad's regime threats seriously; as it's welcoming their Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister "Faisal Al-Mikdad" and a handful of Assad's officials. The question here: are these meetings taking place to confront terrorism and extremism, or to ignore Assad's declarations and support him against the revolution of Syrian people who were killed and displaced by the same people Europe is welcoming nowadays?

Czech Foreign Affairs announced an expected visit by the Deputy Foreign Minister "Faisal Al-Mikdad" to the capital Prague that started on Wednesday and lasted for two days, while regime's media were busy reporting the visit on every channel considering it a prominent event and a new beginning in the relations between Assad and Europe.

The visit is considered the first for a senior Syrian official to a European capital for more than 5 years with a lot of indications, especially that it followed negotiations with the Syrian opposition regarding the necessity of forming a transitional government without Assad. It seems that the European politicians are still hoping to reproduce Assad and his regime and delete the Syrian revolution from the records of history.

"Mikdad's visit comes as a continuation of the consultations which were launched by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic Martin Tlaba in November 2015 in Damascus," according to the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is apparent that the European policy tends not to help the Syrian people to get their freedom and hold the Syrian regime accountable for killing hundreds of thousands of civilians, displacing millions, and detaining tens of thousands, it rather cares only about interests, turning a deaf ear and a blind eye to the unspeakable suffering of desperate civilians.
