The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) issued a report on Tuesday documenting the death of 118 civilians, including a medical personnel member during September 2019, in addition to 22 people who died under torture.
The report says that the death toll includes 18 children and 12 women.

Forty-four civilians were killed by Syrian regime forces, while Russian forces killed one civilian in September, the report points out.
Two civilians were killed by HTS, two by the armed opposition factions, and six civilians, including a child, by the SDF, it adds.
The report states that 63 civilians, including 12 children and 9 women were killed by other bodies, including a medical personnel member who died by a car bomb, where the SNHR couldn't identify the responsible.
In September, the network's team documented 22 deaths due to torture, 21 of them by Syrian regime forces and one by armed opposition factions.

Two massacres have been committed in September by other parties, the report says, using the word "massacre" to indicate to an attack in which 5 or more peaceful civilians have been killed.
