More than 1500 members of the regime forces have been killed and around 3000 injured in the battles which took place between them and the opposition factions during the past three months in the countrysides of Hama and Idlib, according to statistic published by Ibaa news agency which is affiliated to Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).
The statistic documented the losses of the regime forces between May and beginning of August 2019, pointing out that 1534 regime troops were killed, 3000 injured, and 10 members captured by the opposition factions.
It added that opposition factions destroyed 42 tanks, 17 four-wheels vehicles, 5 guns 57 mm, 2 Shelka vehicles, 6 rocket launchers, 10 guns type 23mm, and 4 machine guns.
The opposition factions have also destroyed 4 warplanes and 5 helicopters, as well as BMP vehicles.
Moreover, the opposition fighters have captured 7 tanks and 2 BMP vehicles from the regime forces.
The Assad-Russia alliance launched extensive military operation in the northern and western countrysides of Hama, in attempts to expel the opposition fighters from there, but they have suffered losses on lives and equipment.
