The "Martyrs' Office" in Daraa said more than 341 civilians have been murdered since the beginning of the last military campaign on the Syrian South, waged by Assad forces and Iranian militias, backed by Russian air power.
Since the start of the military campaign on 19th June, until the 22nd of July, regime forces and Iranian militias backed by Russian warplanes have killed 492 persons, including 341 civilians at different cities and towns in Daraa.
The province of Daraa witnessed recently violent clashes between the regime forces and opposition factions.
During which clashes, Assad forces resorted to the scorched-earth policy, destroying the infrastructure, killing hundreds of civilians and displacing thousands of people.
Thus, the opposition fighters had to accept the surrender agreements imposed on them by Russia, which provide the handing over of their heavy weapons, in return for regulating the status of the wanted, and displacing those who rejected the agreement towards the Syrian north.
